Oxytocyn is the hormone, which supports our relaxation. It’s our feel good, relaxed happy love hormone. It helps create our babies it helps us enjoy pregnancy and helps birth our babies. At Yoga Bumps and Babies we work to promote and support the production of Oxytocyn in our bodies by filling our classes with a feel good factor. Come along and feel relaxed, safe and supported.
